Lucas was great and very professional. He explained me about how hair works, examined mine and explained a lot of things related to my hair/scalp. He also didn't want to push me to buy stuff or do any treatments that wouldn't make much difference, which proves that he is honest and knows what he is doing. Only truly professionais can offer the service in such a high quality.
