I have been here a few times for a Hollywood wax in the middle of Covid (so obviously it hurt) but can honestly say each time I laughed in between because of the great customer service I received from Rafaela. The wax was of brilliant quality. There have been time I have been late but they were more than happy to allow me to wait or reschedule to accomodate me at no additional cost. Honestly great people, service, wax and price. Definitely recommend!! Have raved about this place to anyone that will listen!!
