Just asked for simple layers on my hair and also showed a picture for reference. Definitely didn’t even get close to what I asked for and came out with my hair looking flatter than ever. Even the blowout in the end was extremely basic, not at all professional. Can’t believe I paid €70 for a basic trim.
If you’re a hairdresser, you should communicate clearly what is possible on someone’s hair and how it can turn out. Most staff doesn’t speak much English so communication is a big issue.

I had a lovely experience at my recent hair appointment. The stylist was welcoming and attentive for my wash, cut, and blow dry. The wash was relaxing, and the cut was precise, leaving my hair looking fresh and healthy. I left feeling pampered and confident. Overall, a great and straightforward service—definitely would return!
