Um desastre. Lorraine cortou meu cabelo de forma completamente irregular, com mechas tortas, comprimentos diferentes e sem transição. Pegou mechas da parte de trás para fazer a frente, deixando falhas e buracos. Para quem faz um corte desses, o atendimento termina ali. Para mim, o erro vai continua no espelho por meses, até o cabelo crescer. Pior experiência que já tive em um salão. Meu cabelo foi destruído. Não recomendo de forma alguma.
