Janaina listening and understand what I want and need. I had a wrong cut before, and she mastered it and gave me a new and perfect hair cut. I strongly recommend her.

I got a call from Blend, but couldn't answer because I was buying food. So I called back three times to try to ask if I could be late for 10 minutes. As I wasn't attended, I went to the salon without lunch and had to take my lunch.
So, I started my treatment 1 hour later! I had reserved a place to celebrate my birthday, meaning I was late for my own party because of it.
At least Pedro is very kind and I enjoyed my treatment, however, I'm sure if I was late Blend wouldn't accept my delay
