Janaina was fantastic. She was very friendly and sat with me to talk through what we were going to do. She offered suggestions and took an interest, this was reassuring as I have had previous expereinces (not in this salon) where the hairdresser took no interest and didn't seem bothered. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable appointment and I trusted her completely. I was extremely happy withe my hair. I will definitely be back. :)
