I went to this salon last week to have my roots coloured, and unfortunately I was disappointed with the result.
When I got home, I noticed a small stain of hair dye on one of my lighter strands at the front of my hair. Today, while a friend was drying my hair, she also noticed that part of the roots at the back of my head had not been coloured at all.
I paid for my entire root area to be coloured, so I was very disappointed to find that part of the service had not actually been done.
