I had s a very bad experience this time, my appointment was for 12 arrived at 11.55am and was told I had to wait at least 20mins which I couldn't as I was on my work lunch hour so I didn't get my eyebrows done, I am a customer of this salon for years and I felt I was treated very badly ,it was obvious the person before me had just arrived so Michelle should have sorted it,they have lost a very good customer
