I am sure Jackie is a very experienced pedicurist, but she was being disctrated and delayed and that seemed to have thrown her off shcedule, and she rushed my treatment. She didn't do the cuticles at all and she only exfoliated one foot. I asked her twice to go back and cut my nails. She was clearly distracted as she was involved in a conversation with her colleagues. I was a dissappointed as I was really looking forward the "luxury" pedicure.
