Staff were friendly and overall happy with my HD brows. I booked my appointment via treatwell for 6.30pm when I arrived I knew the treatment would take 40minutes. The treatment began at 6.40 and at 7pm the security guard from Dunnes shouted in to tell the ladies to hurry up as they needed to leave which made me feel very panicked and I still had die on my eyebrows. I felt the other staff wanted to leave and that I was almost a hinderance. When I was eventually finished the doors were locked in dunnes so had to leave by the side door. I’d suggest in order to improve your service to take any late evening appointments off your list.

When applying fake eyelash I think customers should be advised that they being applied asuper strong glue that is just impossible to remove and highly irritating on the eyes. All my real lashes are stuck to it too so it’s just a disaster.
