I was very comfortable when I went into the salon I got a lovely greeting and safi came to me and asked what I was having done when I told her she organised the colour and straight away started my hair while safi was doing my hair it was like I new her for years conversation was flowing she is a lovely person and very professional at her job I will definitely be back in five weeks to get safi again .

Appointment was rescheduled by half an hour, arrived at the new tome and had to wait an additional 40 minutes, no heat protector was used, hair was not properly curled before pinning it, the salon itself smelt of a vet.
Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t be back.
