I was booked in Monday evening and got a phone call from the person I was meant to see 2 hours before my appointment to cancel it. So we rearrange for Wednesday night. When I arrived at the office the person who was supposed to see me was not there. I tried to call his mobile phone but got no answer. I still have not received a phone call to say what happened. I wasted 2 evening of my week for nothing. My experience of this company was very bad and would not recommend it to anyone.
