Left waiting 30mins before brought into the treatment room. The room was full of cobwebs & spiders. The bed was up against a floor to ceiling window on the main street which has just a blind protecting you from everyone seeing you half naked. The traffic noise is horrendous. The lighting was so bad my therapist said “I’m casting a shadow on you” which resulted in areas of my legs not waxed properly. Therapist was lovely but salon needs TLC. No ventilation, whole salon stank of acetone.
