I booked for Denise because of the quality of her work, but she didn't do my nails that day -- I didn't even get an explanation as to why so. This was the 2nd time this happened. The lady didn't remove my cuticles which was disappointing because last time Denise did my nails exceptionally and removed the cuticles. There was an increase of price for the builder from €5 to €35 which I was only told about once done with the appointment and already paying. I'll never be back as I feel cheated.
