I had an appointment to get eyebrows waxed for 12:50. I arrived 5 minutes early and let the girl know I was there who told me my therapist would be out in a few minutes and I began waiting. 30 minutes later I was still waiting, the owner was talking to another client and didn’t acknowledge me at all. I asked the therapist who greeted me if she knew how much longer I would be waiting and she said not long. I left after 45 minutes without my treatment done. So embarrassing to be in that position
