The waxer was really lovely but she damaged some of my skin when waxing. I think there should be a focus on care rather than speed, as this seemed to be the priority for this venue. Also, I wasn't sure all tools had been cleaned before me - everything seemed to be kept in the same containers and the table was cleaned down with baby wipes rather than sanitiser.
