So the owner isn’t the most tactful person and doesn’t seem to know how to treat customers......as a new customer, I didn’t appreciate the tone of an e mail she sent to me because I had to change my Brazilian wax appointment more than once because my period arrived unexpectedly and lasted way longer than usual! I even explained this to her via an e mail with no acknowledgment, of course!
I know manners are as rare as hen’s teeth to find these days but both times I sent e mails, she never bothered to respond.
The venue is tiny and Bruna was a pleasant lady, her waxing was super quick as well.
I won’t be returning as I refuse to support the owner’s poor treatment! Especially since I was never in breach of Treatwell’s policy!!!!
