Walking in, she was incredibly attentive and friendly. I felt at ease in her studio and I never felt anxious. Often waxing can be stressful, as well as painful, but when I came here I felt so comfortable. She is very attentive and thorough and wants you to have the best experience possible. Compared to other waxes I've had in the past- it was faster and less painful. I had a positive experience here!
