The last time I came I was booked for 3pm for a extensions removal and new set of acrylics and was left waiting 20 mins before they even started removing the nails and once the acetone and nail clips were put on, I was just left by the nail technician (to see to someone who came In After me) for 30 mins with the acetone on my nails. I had a doctors appointment at 5pm which I missed because I didn’t get out until 5.20… it shouldn’t take 2 hours and 20 mins for a removal and new set!!
