Been to brew and buff 3 times for a pedicure. 1st time with my sister when it had just opened and we had a really wonderful experience. Attention to detail , comfort and treatment was 10/10. So we went back a 2nd time due to how good it was, but this time unfortunately my sisters cuticle on her big toenail was filed so badly it bled and she was left with exposed raw skin.
I went back recently on my own and I experienced the same thing, (not as bad as my sisters) but skin filed too much it bled.
