I've been very happy with the expertise of the technicians at Brew and Buff. They know what they are doing and appear to be well trained. No nicks or cuts and they are responsive to any requests. They really want to do the best job.
I'm disappointed in the loyalty program. Three or four visits before a free coffee, which I actually don't want. One stamp on the card even if I have two separate treatments. After maybe 10 visits getting only 30 percent discount is not enough.
