Jessica, had a stressful morning with an electrical problem that was outside her control. She remained calm and was busy rearranging clients. She got everything sorted and still managed to squeeze me in between Clients, she probably had a tiny lunch break. To be honest you would never had known by her there had been a problem earlier except I was there and was so cheerful and chatty and did a perfect job. Delighted with everything.
