A very good experience at Butcher Otoko as usual. I made a last minute booking and they slotted me in for a cut with a barber I'd seen previously after a cancellation. Very considerate. Brian was able to decipher what it was I was after and did a great job. Would recommend!

I asked for a small beard trim just to tidy it a little. The barber said he'd just thake off any hair that was sticking out.
He then cut half of my mustache off, an inch or more off my chin, and faded my cheeks so you can see my skin. It'll take months to a year to grow back what he took off.
I was very clear what I wanted and he repeated it back to me so I don't see how there was a communication error.
I would recommend to avoid for beard trims.

Good looking spot and the cut was on point, I'd usually travel back to the UK as a lot of places can be hit and miss but these guys are a good local option!
