I was a first time customer and first off was happy with the barber and my haircut. What really annoyed was waiting 35 minutes for a hair cut when I had booked an available time slot.
The system did text me a few minutes ahead of the time to say 15 minutes delay. I didn’t see it until I arrived, but even given the text it was a further 20 minutes.
I know appointments can run over but to me it felt like my appointment was just given way and I was left sitting.
