I got a set of acrylics put on and that night two nails chipped, I messaged the girls about this and requested them to be redone, they booked me in 5 days later. They didn’t redo them instead the owner layered acrylic on top leaving my nails all different lengths and thicknesses. I explained that they’re not right and I spent €45 on them instead of fixing the nails or redoing them I had to request for them to be taken off, she was very rude and aggressively filed my nails. I got no refund,awful

Didn’t get a file or shape with my manicure and had to ask for it with my pedicure, not sure if there’s a separate service for a file included but it seemed unusual to just do a removal and shellac with no shaping
