I've came with my hair in a really bad condition. I've bleached for years and finally keeping it natural now but still it wasn't healthy looking and always frizzy. Carlos asked me what I was expecting from this treatment and I told him I don't want my hair pin straight but more natural looking. He did a really great job. The item he used was organic so it wasn't including harsh chemicals. I got loads of compliments and my hair is silky soft, shiny and not frizzy anymore. Really happy w/results.
