Last weekend just gone I arrived on time for my appointment. I waited outside for 25 minutes, calling the doorbell and ringing the phone number and no one answered. There was no signage outside at all and no lights were on inside, it looked like no one was there. I thought I had been scammed as I had paid upfront for the treatment until later that evening I received an email to say I had missed my appointment and asking if i would like to reschedule. I will be looking for a refund.
