Although I was able to book the apointment and have received the confirmation by email, when I arrived at the venue (at the place and time as confirmed by email) I was informed by the new saloon owner that Lucas does not work there for over a month. I understand that circunstances change, but he could have disabled the booking app + added a note about his abssence. I found it very unprofessional so not going back.

Arrived to the venue and there was no one there. The salon didn’t seem to exist.

I had made an appointment with him, but he either showed up or said he wasn't coming. no one in the hall gave me any explanation about what happened. I was going to have my nail done on my birthday, as I had my party later. I was extremely disappointed.

I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment as I do to everything with nobody there. As a salon o thought they may be on lunch but wasn’t sure so tried to go in when the barbers next door stopped me and said I don’t know if they are there today. I waited until 15 minutes past on the corner of the road with nobody still and after my 9 attempts of calling. I left with my friend who the appointment was booked for also. After I send an email at 20 past I called again an they were “waiting”.
