Im writing this review after a year. Emma and Leanne destroyed my hair. They burned a big chunk of my hair, and when i wanted to fix it,another hairdresser told me that when she puts bleach on my hair, it breaks apart. That burned chunk is way shorter than the rest of my hair,they saw it when it happened but did not tell me. When i got home i was shocked. I had like 10 shades of blonde and that burned chunk,which becomes dark purple after only one minute of me putting the silver shampoo on my hair. It is way different than the rest of my hair. It takes ages to dry that chunk of my hair. After they burned my hair,they said i should come in 2 weeks to correct my color because they couldn't get the right tone. I came in two weeks,they tried to fix it,charged me the full price AND told me to come again in 2 weeks because they couldn't get the right tone again,because they completely destroyed my hair. One year later i dont know what to do,i keep my hair in a ponytail for a year now,because im embarrassed. I wanted a bleach tint. Before they started i asked "do you think you can make it,if not,we will do something else" because my roots were dark. Emma (the owner) said she can do it. But she did not,she destroyed my hair.
Lovely staff, very friendly and skillful. They rescued my hair from a dodgy haircut from another salon. Really appreciate the effort made to sort it out.
