I had a very relaxing experience. The lady (who wasn't Graham!) who did my hair was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease. The treatment really improved the quality of my hair. I recommend it.

My hair wasnt even washed properly the back of my head barely damped and the water was cold. The hairdresser didn’t know how to apply the keratin or blow dry hair so she didn’t bother I walked up looking like a homeless, my hair looked 100 times better before walking in it’s the worst hair salon I have ever seen and the worst hairdresser. If you do care about your hair DO NOT go to this hair salon
