I was extremely disappointed it didn't work at all no lift after been there a long time. I asked her during treatment and she said it was working. At end she call in supervisor who said it can happen. It never happened to me before i was extremely disappointed. She said i didnt have to pay which I wdnt have anyway. Since then i went to another salon and it worked straight away was extremely happy

Laura did a fantastic job as usual, next time it would be nice to have a little radio with some relaxing music playing in the room as I could hear conversations going on in different parts of the salon during my treatment.
