My first experience was positive so I booked half 7 last Friday for another eyebrow wax as it said open till 8. I went 15 mins early to it closed checked google closed 6. Said open Saturday 10-6 went back then at 11 still closed. I have no way of contacting Sheena. Treat well took my payment. Don’t know if it has shut down nowhere to say. I am not happy. Please change hours on Treatwell and google. If shut down please tell customers. I will try & ring tomrorow for refund.

It was my first time getting my eyebrows done with Croí and I was really happy with the outcome. I will be booking again next time I need my eyebrows done.

Booked online, lucky enough didn't pay anything as the shop was closed when I got there, I tried ringing number provided but as shop wasn't open ,no answer, was going to a wedding, really disappointed with no service. Went into two shops to enquire as to whether the shop would open soon, the people in two different shops said she had done this before so would not recommend booking this place online, I thought maybe an emergency might have happened but as the other people had said otherwise
