I am disappointed with the salon as I was not informed about the required test patch for my brow treatment. This lack of communication resulted in a wasted trip and inconvenience for me. Clear communication about prerequisites is important to provide a satisfactory customer experience. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve future services.
