I chose this salon because I had heard good things, but after visiting I can say it was not the best experience. I understand salons can sometimes run late, but despite having an appointment, I was waiting around 30 minutes without any acknowledgement. During my visit, I felt very unwelcome. The staff were chatty and friendly with other customers, but not a word was said to me—it left me feeling as though I wasn’t treated equally.
While the salon itself looks clean, their equipment told a different story. The nail technician who worked on me didn’t even change her gloves after the previous client, which felt very unhygienic.
I had hoped to make this my regular nail salon, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
Donna was so efficient and professional ! Such a lovely salon and the staff are all so friendly… never had a bad experience there
