Great staff, very professional and talented. Friendly environment. Would highly recommend you to pay them a visit. You won't regret it.
Not a very welcoming place, rushed service and low quality.
I must say I was 5 minutes late and the lady on the phone was rude rather than bit understanding.
The girl who looked after me was the only one who made an effort. The other two didn't even bother to smile.
I did notice they were quiet friendly with other customers so perhaps they don't like brown customers.
I went for manicure (no shellac) and pedicure.
Bad hygiene on tools used for manicure. They looked like they have been through enough people.
Time allocated was 1.5hr which should have been plenty time. The girl looking after me was asked to look at the other customer while she was doing my pedicure. She was running between 2 customers.
Anyone going there for the first time, definitely avoid this place. Wasted 85 euro.
Never going back there.

I got what I asked for, but I'm not happy with the quality. I don't think the person is fully qualified with using the e-file, my cuticles are in fire for being over filed, nails were cut way too short, they are so sore now. It's not about cut them as short as possible, is about to give them correct shape, which I don't have. The file which was used wasn't new, it felt like it was there forever, wasn't even sharp enough, this is hygienic issue. I will definitely not come back ever again. I see that the place keep deleting the review under 'fake account', but guys let's face it I was there on Tuesday Jul 9th and we both know it. This time adding photos of this 'beautiful' work. Wasted 30e and me toes in pain for another few days, hopefully won't get any infection.

Lovely atmosphere, I felt very comfortable throughout my appointment. Mariia did a great job. highly recommend!
