About
Hi I’m Eimear, my holistic journey started back in 2001 training as a reflexologist. I loved the connection between the feet and the body and what your feet can tell you about your health. Then followed my Reiki master training and the Biokinesiology training. Biokinesiology uses muscle testing to investigate the root cause of imbalances in the body. Working to improve these imbalances the body can heal itself. The Emotion code is about identifying and releasing trapped emotions we accumulate during stressful times in our lives. By releasing these trapped emotions we can throughly come into ourselves. Trapped emotions can show up in the form of physical pain, stress or emotional stress. Working on the biochemical and emotional bodies we can achieve deep healing.
