I tried three different treatments and all were great in different ways. I would definitely recommend the added sound bath which was soothing and helps with a calm mind afterward. Alessandro was knowledgeable and great.

Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a proper or structured massage during my session. Instead, the experience felt scattered and unfocused, with a lot of verbal suggestions coming from a non-medical perspective. The therapist primarily used sound bowls and applied only a very light, brief massage. He didn’t work on key areas like my arms or back, and the few massage movements he did perform felt random and ineffective. Most of the session was spent talking rather than delivering a hands-on therapy.
