Lovely visit as usual. New nails for Xmas. But seriously girls & Treatwell.While l was there the amount of walk ins and phone calls they had to turn away as fully booked BUT also the amount of no shows and people literally cancelling one hour before appointment and rebooking a different slot. Apparently the treatwell app allows this.. like seriously? 1 HOUR BEFORE?How are small businesses supposed to fill a slot in that time and especially annoying after turning people away. Be nice people.
