Izabella was amazing, very helpful and so so friendly. She knows so much about hair and I love my blonde!! The salon is so nice and clean, and such a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back and I would recommend De Luxe and Izabella to anyone!

Izabella done an amazing job! Beyond happy with my hair, she made sure I was completely satisfied with the haircut and styled it so nice afterwards! Will definitely return :)

My lashes turned out terribly, they were stuck to my eyelids, sticking out in all directions and my bottom lashes were also sticking upwards. I went to a lash technician the next day and was told they were burnt and nothing could be done all I could do was wait 6 weeks for them to grow again and but Vaseline on them.
Elaine was nice but I felt the situation was handled well. I was never refunded and when I initially rang to complain the person who answered told me ‘they never receive complaints
