I didn't have Antonio, I had a woman called Larissa. She was very kind and professional. It was roasting in the room when I arrived but Larissa turned off the heating as soon as I asked her. Also, at some point, someone put on the radio outside of the room which wasn't pleasant (ruined the atmosphere a bit). Again, as soon as I mentioned it to Larissa, she sent a message to that person and the radio was turned off. I think there should be a rule that people aren't allowed to turn on radios.
