The massage was okay but I wasn’t asked how hard or soft I wanted the massage , also the massage ended earlier when I booked 45 minutes I was out in 35 minutes after

I sat in the waiting area for 15 mins while they scrambled & said they were waiting for the massage therapist. I booked a 2hr hot stone massage, but they claimed it was 1hr and only had 45 minutes until the next client. I showed them my booking confirmation, but they insisted I was wrong & only booked 60 minutes. When I suggested they contact Treatwell to fix their page to avoid this again, they snapped back that I should call instead. Their rudeness & gaslighting lasted for 30 mins! SHOCKING!

Evandro was covering for Luis and did an excellent job. This was my first sports massage and it was very effective and a deep relief! He accepted my appointment on the same day and I will definitely be back.
