Really appreciate being fitted in at such short notice and good value for money new layout is much better. Covid precautions not great, staff not wearing masks properly and too many people in a small space. Experienced the same on my last visit, why I haven’t been back in so long. Girl washing my hair was passing negative comments to her colleague on something the “new girl” did. Just not very professional to have those types of conversations within clients earshot. We’re all new at some point!
