When i arrived they had no record of my booking. When i did go to have my massage "Sonya" turned out to be male which i wasnt very comfortable with. During my 30 min massage the therapise left the room on 2 occasions to go speak to customers out at reception. When i was leaving i was being pressured into booking more massages and accupunture for the next day and day after. Overall not a very good experience

Acupuncture treatment was strange, no first consultation as promoted for first visits unless counting discussing my problems with a receptionist in full view of others as she then translates to the'doctor', tongue not checked nor pulse taken. Massage was good. Paid advertised price but when complete tried to charge me E600 saying I need a course of treatment and must pay now as deal won't stand . ... When I said I couldn't pay that much the receptionist seemed annoyed (actual amount was E75) she said I was given a deal and my session should have been E90 ..... Though never told this before treatment.... Kept pushing different deals and wanted at least E200 ..... When I said I couldn't afford that I was told not to book through the website again and that I would need surgery for my problems if I didn't get acupuncture with them at least twice weekly. The massage was good however and was happy enough with the agreed price before treatment. Would have gone back or booked again only for the treatment and pushy attitude afterwards.... doctor didn't have much English so couldn't get a proper history in my opinion nor did he really try unless you count what I said at the beginning .... When session was completed the just said 'finish' and left the room.
