I did two appointments in this place. One for my nails and another one for my hair. I arrived there on time but everyone who works there was delayed for some reason; they were blaming the weather but it wasn't even rainning that day! Long story short, my nails were great although I have to wait for a few minutes but they didn't do my hair. I waited for 2 hours and when I asked them about my hair they just told me that I needed to wait for another hour after waiting for 2 hours already.
