The sound bath & massage was an exceptional experience. I was feeling some burnout from a project. And after the 2 hours I honestly felt quite transformed. The studio is based on the 1st floor so the door is off the street & then you head up one flight of stairs. Once you are in the room the atmosphere is very, calm & professional. There are specially selected large gongs and multiple sound bowls. I was really impressed by the care & attention to detail.

I highly recommend Alessandro, he was very thorough in his approach idenfifying what is needed and I felt I was in good hands. He is very knowledgeable and along with the sound bowls, it feels like more than a massage, it feels healing! :)

A wonderful massage with a great deal of expertise—just the right balance between tension and relaxation. Thank you very much; I’d love to come back.

This is the best massage I have ever had. Alessandro is incredibly kind and gentle as a person and he cares about trying to uncover the root of your stress/anxieties/tensions. The sound bath as part of the package was something I had never experienced before and I would 100% recommend it if you are even considering it. I left feeling so relaxed and in touch with myself. I was just on holiday in Dublin - when I return, I will certainly be paying Alessandro a visit again.
