Everything about Eden Holistic is amazing! Paula is warm and welcoming as well as being very knowledgeable about reflexology. The space is so cosy and comforable and Paula puts a lot of thought into making the whole experience as relaxing and comfortable as possible. The treatments are incredibly relaxing and healing and I always leave feeling like my body has really benefited. I highly recommend Paula and have continued seeing her on a regular basis since my first visit!

Well, what can I say. I had the bliss package and that’s exactly what it was…bliss! The breathwork at the beginning is a great way to relax before the massage begins. One of the best massages I’ve ever had and I’m already looking forward to going back. Paula is a lovely person and really put me at ease from start to finish. Highly recommend!
