Paula was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She really listened to what I needed. I floated out after my neck, back and head massage. I will be rebooking for this and other treatments.

Couldn’t recommend Paula enough. After surgery & generally not feeling great, I tried reflexology for first time. From the minute I arrived Paula made me feel so comfortable, listened to understand. I have returned every week as the benefits I’m experiencing are priceless
