I have been twice now for three different treatments. She always takes the time to sit and allow me to ask questions about each treatment. Paula checks in again after each treatment also which shows she really cares about her job! She always comes prepared and the room is always clean and has such a calming feeling to it. Paula takes the time to write back if I have a question after my sessions which always makes me love going there. It’s a safe, friendly, considerate clean environment 🥰

Amazing treatment with Paula, from the moment I arrived I felt instantly calm and relaxed. Paula's room is so cosy and tranquil. I've never experienced reflexology like it before. From start to finish I felt minded. Paula is really gifted and at the end of the session she had picked up on so many things and explained the area's she had worked on. I slept like a baby and woke up feeling completely refreshed and realigned in my body. I can't recommend Paula enough.

Have attended my second reflexology treatment with Paula and it was fantastic. So relaxing and felt completely at ease. Paula is so friendly, she listens to why you need the treatment and explains the process clearly. I would highly recommend Eden Holistics to everyone.
