Elaine was very welcoming, she first cleansed my skin to properly analyse it then gave me a bespoke treatment based on my needs of fine lines, dehydration, redness. I had a peel, microdermabrasion and mask. Whilst waiting for the mask to take effect, I was given a lovely head massage instead of being left alone - nice touch!
I was really pleased with the facial, my skin was nourished, it looked and felt noticeably better. Before I left, Elaine gave me a load of samples and after care advice.
