Scalding hot water and was holding my foot so couldn't get it out. Leg and foot massage was extremely painful had to ask her to go easy several times I don't think she understood me. Dry hard skin not removed, no cuticle work done nails still too long, no base coat for polish and polish itself not done well. Asked for all these things but didn't understand me I don't think. She was very smiley and pleasant but not a full spa pedicure experience and finished product disappointing
